Project Overview
Project was a roof restoration that involved removal of any wet insulation (based on our moisture mapping report) and the installation of 3 layer modified bitumen system incorporating a tapered insulation scheme to upgrade the thermal performance of the roof.
On completion of works, the client was provided with a 25-year single point manufacturer’s guarantee covering materials and workmanship.
