Project Overview
Project involved the full strip and replacement of the existing waterproofing and rooflights. The specified waterproofing system was a 3 layer modified bitumen membrane system incorporating 130mm insulation to upgrade the thermal performance of the roof.
On completion of works, the client was provided with a 20-year single point manufacturer’s guarantee covering materials and workmanship.
