Roof Surveys, Core Analysis & Moisture Mapping
This includes a full photographic analysis of each roof area, documenting the overall condition of the buildings roofs and highlights any defects, design issues.
Written Recommendations, Specifications and Budgets
Customised to each site and roof area. We work closely with some of the UK’s market leading manufacturers, allowing us to specify a full range of waterproofing products, such as bitumen membranes, liquid coatings, hot melt and standing seam metal systems that can provide up to a 30-year single point material and labour backed guarantee depending on the chosen system and manufacturer.
Competitive Bidding
Allowing you to take full advantage of our tendering service. We obtain the best possible price through an independent bid process using approved roofing contractors pricing the chosen recommendation and manufacturers specification.
Site Inspections
On commencement of roofing works, regular site visits will be made throughout the duration of the contract to ensure the quality of installation and that the specification is being adhered to.
A QA report with photographs will be produced once a week and a PDF copy will be emailed to the client after each and every site visit.
Annual Roof Check and Gutter Clearance
Going forward we can provide an annual roof inspection and gutter clearance programme, to help maintain the lifecycle of your roofing assets.
This is a bespoke service that can be tailor made to each client and their site(s) specific needs.
